Questions about your order

Can I place an order by phone or fax?
We are sorry, but we do not accept orders by phone or fax.
I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
On the order history screen of My Page, within 60 minutes after completing the order, if the corresponding order is in the status of "new order" or "waiting for payment" and the cancel button is displayed, the customer himself/herself Cancellation procedures are possible.
If 60 minutes have passed, please contact us using the inquiry form.
I placed an order, but haven't received a confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, it is possible that your order was not completed successfully, or that the e-mail address you entered during registration was incorrect.
If you are using a mobile phone, there is a possibility that domain-specific reception is set or the setting of the spam filter is set to "strong".
If you are registered as a member, please check from My Page. When purchasing as a guest, please contact us from the "Inquiry Form".
Can I make an additional order or change the color or size of the order?
We do not accept additional orders or changes to order details after the order has been completed. If you wish to add or change an order, please cancel your current order and place a new order.

We're sorry, but we currently do not offer hat customization services.
However, we have a wide variety of designs and styles of hats, so we hope you will find one that you like.

Questions about shipping

How soon will the product be shipped after ordering?
Items ordered before 9am on weekdays will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 9:00 am will be shipped the next business day.
*If there is a problem with the product to be sent, or if it cannot be shipped on the next business day, we will be sure to contact you.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
You can specify the delivery date and time. The date and time can be specified from 3 business days ahead from the order date.
The time can be specified in the morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-21:00.
However, even if you specify, there may be delays due to traffic conditions.
Can I choose a shipping company?
It will be delivered only by Sagawa Express. You cannot choose another carrier.
